The Attack of The Beer Flavor Degraders!

NMR studies have now been expanded to beer! Scientists in Venezuala have discovered pesky beer flavor degraders that compromise the fresh quality we all love in a good beer. Air contamination is now considered a secondary obstacle compared to these flavor degraders, called alpha-dicarbonyls. Beer analysts now have the new challenge of figuring out how to control the alpha-dicarbonyls reactions to reduce the negative "aging" effects the flavor attakers produce.
